We have Georgia on our minds! Can you help us win the US Senate?
During the November elections we witnessed Americans from all walks of life rise up and demand a more just and equitable society, and to save our democracy. We elected Joe Biden and Kamala Harris to get America out of the big mess created by the Trump administration.
The Biden-Harris administration will need a strongly supportive Congress to carry out their initiatives abroad and at home. Control of the Senate rests on two runoff races in Georgia, a state won by Biden/Harris.
If the Republicans win the Georgia races and control the Senate, the new administration will be obstructed from choosing a diverse Cabinet and implementing the policies they ran on. This is why Rev. Raphael Warnock and Jon Ossoff, the Democratic candidates, must be elected to the U.S. Senate on January 5. Not only will two more Democrats ensure that the Biden-Harris administration can appoint well qualified officials, but it also brings DC a big step closer to Statehood!
The DC Democratic Party, its affiliated organizations, and other progressive groups are mobilizing to help Rev. Warnock and Mr. Ossoff win in Georgia. We need your help!
