DC Latino Caucus Announces Board & Executive Officer Election Results
New Board Members Selected During May 16, 2023, Annual Meeting
Washington, DC — May 22, 2023 — The DC Latino Caucus (DCLC) today announced the results of their board and executive officer election, which took place Tuesday, May 16, during the organization’s annual meeting held at the Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Library.
Every two years half of the DCLC board is up for election. The following individuals won (re)election for the 2023-2025 term:

Franklin Garcia*
David Glickman-Restrepo
Dieter Lehmann Morales(1)
Juan Ulloa*
Margie Yeager
They join board members currently serving the 2022-2024 term:

*Indicates returning for a consecutive term.
(1) Indicates that individual joined the DCLC board under a special provision in Section 3.3 of the organization’s by-laws, which states that any Latino/a Democrat elected to public office in the District of Columbia who wishes to be a member of the organization can serve on the DCLC board during their term in office. Once their term in office concludes, if they are not reelected, the individual can choose to run for board membership as a member of the public.
